Control Risks seeks a Senior Consultant to join the Compliance, Forensics & Intelligence team in Bogotá. The role covers investigations across fraud, corruption, anti-trust and IP, plus designing and reviewing compliance programs and training for regional and multinational clients.

The Consultant will deliver projects with limited supervision, work within a larger team, and benefit from guidance from senior staff and the manager. Significant travel may be required.

Formación

• Seven years of work experience in compliance, accounting or financial functions.
• Familiarity with financial evidence, data analysis and reporting.
• Awareness of regulations such as FCPA, UK Bribery Act, SOX and sanctions.
• Experience living in Spanish-speaking Latin America.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver risk management consulting projects with minimal supervision.
• Support multi-jurisdictional engagements for international clients.
• Design, deliver and review compliance programs and training.
• Engage in business development and cultivate client relationships.
