hirehoratiocx is seeking Automotive Technical Advisors to provide technical support and troubleshoot complex issues for European cars. Excellent communication and an advanced English level are essential.

You will guide customers via phone, chat, and email, ensuring they receive the right parts for repairs. Responsibilities include troubleshooting post-purchase issues, supporting the service team with escalations, and documenting interactions.

Formación

• Advanced English level.
• Hands-on experience in car repair and knowledge of car parts.
• 1+ year in a Customer Service or technical support role in automotive.
• Proficient with computers and digital tools in an office setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Formal automotive education or related certifications (ASE or manufacturer) are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Guide customers with confidence via phone, chat, and email to ensure correct parts for repairs.
• Troubleshoot post-purchase issues and complex automotive challenges.
• Support customer service teammates with advanced technical escalations.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain workflow adherence.
• Identify recurring issues and collaborate with internal teams to improve products and processes.
• Work with technical content and product teams to enhance fitment accuracy and descriptions.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases with common technical solutions.
• Keep up with latest European vehicle technologies and industry advancements.
