Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own backlog and requirements, translate needs into epics and user stories for development teams, and lead technical integration between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS to enable smooth operations.

You bring 10+ years in IT with 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active, strong SQL and WMS configuration, and a CS/IT degree; CSPO or Manhattan certification

• 10+ years in IT enterprise applications.
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, and system integration standards.
• CS/IT/Supply Chain degree; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
