Decowraps is seeking an ERP Functional Analyst to join the ERP Center of Excellence. You will drive adoption, optimize Finance processes, and coordinate with global teams to maximize ERP value.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Eng or Business Admin, at least 3 years in ERP projects, strong analytical skills, and English at B2 level. Willingness to travel and support digital transformation across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience participating in ERP implementation, optimization, or support projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with business processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• B2 English – conversational level.
• Availability to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Drive ERP adoption and continuous improvement initiatives to support the Finance function.
• Identify, analyze, and implement functional enhancements aligned with Finance business needs.
• Lead process optimization projects and support digital transformation initiatives within Finance.
• Manage change requests, audits, incidents, and specialized user support for Finance processes.
• Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to standardize processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Act as a strategic bridge between Finance stakeholders and technology solutions, ensuring ERP capabilities effectively support business needs.
