Proximus Global in Bogotá is seeking a Finance ERP specialist to support the Dynamics 365 Finance implementation, replacing Odoo, and align with global finance processes. You will help drive the ERP transformation and collaborate with international teams.

You will work with Power Automate, document designs, train end users, and provide L2 support, coordinating with Product Owners, developers and stakeholders across borders to ensure successful adoption.

Formación

• 3–5 years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Experience configuring the finance module and understanding business processes.
• Ability to work across English- and Spanish-speaking teams.

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, contributing to Proximus Global's ERP transformation journey.

Main Responsibilities

• ERP Finance Module Implementation: Participate and support the Proximus Global Project Team for the implementation of the Dynamics 365 Finance module (Replacing Odoo), ensuring alignment with Finance business processes.
• Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their Finance business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Documentation: Create and maintain functional design documentation, solution design documentation, user manuals and training materials in user language.
• Configuration and Customization: Ensure all market-specific configurations and customizations are aligned with the relevant Product Owner and documented in a structured way.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Dynamics 365 Finance configurations and customizations and ensure the delivered solutions meet the specified business requirements and quality standards.
• End-User Training and Change Management: Lead (and define) change management activities to ensure a smooth transition and high user satisfaction. Deliver training on Dynamics 365 Finance functionalities and support the end-users in the adoption of the new systems during their daily activities.
• End User Support: handle L2 tickets for incidents / bugs related to the Proximus Global ERP systems (MS D365, PowerAutomate, … ), manage troubleshooting and bug fixings by cooperating with Product Owners, developers and other key technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration within technical team and business users.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP system.
• Hands-on knowledge of Power Automate.
• Experience in configuring and customizing the finance module.
• Knowledge of finance processes.
• Ability to understand, communicate, and interpret business processes and requirements.
• Ability to work independently in dynamic environments and collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. Native Spanish speaker with professional-level
• English proficiency required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyse complex business requirements.
