GEA, a global leader in food, beverage and pharmaceutical systems, seeks a hands-on Business Performance Specialist to strengthen data, automation and reporting across Middle Americas. You will simplify financial processes, improve data quality and build intuitive dashboards to support business decisions.

The role requires two+ years in BI or analytics, strong Power BI and Excel skills, and ability to translate requirements into practical analytics solutions; English at B2 level is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance or related field.
• Minimum two years hands-on BI, data analytics, or reporting automation.
• Strong Power BI capabilities including Power Query, data modeling and DAX.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and data storytelling ability.
• Knowledge of FP&A, SAP, SQL, Power Automate, Python or VBA is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate financial reporting and planning processes.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models and automated reporting solutions.
• Transform and consolidate data from SAP, Excel and other sources using Power Query.
• Implement data-quality controls, validations, reconciliations and KPI definitions.
• Create clear, visually polished reports and executive presentations with strong data storytelling.
• Translate Finance and business requirements into practical analytics solutions.
• Document solutions and train Finance team to ensure knowledge transfer.
• Support monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting and business-performance analysis.

We are looking for a hands-on Business Performance Specialist to strengthen the data, automation and reporting capabilities of our Planning, Controlling & Reporting team across Middle Americas.

The role will focus on simplifying and automating financial processes, improving data quality and developing intuitive, visually professional dashboards and management reports that support better business decisions.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• At least two years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting automation or process improvement.
• Strong Power BI capabilities, including Power Query, data modeling and DAX.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to analyze processes and independently build practical, scalable solutions.
• Strong communication, visual-design and data-storytelling skills.
• Minimum English level B2.
• Knowledge of FP&A, SAP, SQL, Power Automate, Python or VBA is considered a plus
