Proximus Global in Bogotá is seeking a Finance ERP specialist to support the Dynamics 365 Finance implementation, replacing Odoo, and align with global finance processes. You will help drive the ERP transformation and collaborate with international teams.

You will work with Power Automate, document designs, train end users, and provide L2 support, coordinating with Product Owners, developers and stakeholders across borders to ensure successful adoption.

Formación

3–5 years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
Experience configuring the finance module and understanding business processes.
Ability to work across English- and Spanish-speaking teams.

Responsabilidades

Participate and support Dynamics 365 Finance module implementation and alignment with Finance processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize Finance workflows.
Create and maintain functional/design documentation and user manuals.
Configure and customize market-specific finance settings and document changes.
Perform thorough testing of configurations and customizations.
Lead change management and end-user training for Dynamics 365 Finance features.
Provide L2 end-user support for ERP systems (MS D365, Power Automate).
Foster effective collaboration within technical and business teams.
