Interscripts, Inc. in Medellin, Colombia is seeking an Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) & Claims Analyst to join our healthcare IT team.

The role requires hands-on experience configuring, supporting, and optimizing the Epic Resolute PB module, with a focus on claims management and revenue cycle workflows. Candidates should have 3+ years of PB experience, Epic PB Certification, and be able to work from our Medellin office (5 days per week).

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Epic Resolute PB and Claims.
• Epic Resolute PB Certification is mandatory.
• Experience in Epic build, configuration, implementation, testing, and production support.
• Strong understanding of physician billing, professional claims processing, coding, charge capture, reimbursement, and revenue cycle workflows.
• Experience with electronic claims transactions and payer processes.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, maintain, and support the Epic Resolute PB application.
• Gather, analyse, and document business and operational requirements from stakeholders.
• Design, build, test, validate, and deploy Epic Resolute PB enhancements and system changes.
• Configure and support physician billing workflows, charge capture, claims generation, and denial management.
• Support electronic claims submission, remittance processing, and claims troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement improvements.
• Participate in Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
• Execute unit, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop and maintain build documentation and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with other Epic analysts to ensure integration with HB, Patient Access, Cadence, Prelude, and other modules.
