The Nuclear Company in Colombia is seeking a Project Manager, Development to lead the integrated execution of nuclear development projects through FEL stage-gate, coordinating land, licensing, engineering, and finance while owning scope, schedule, and cost. You will drive governance and deliver complete, defendable artifacts.

You will manage cross-functional teams, produce weekly summaries, and advance stage-gate decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of project management experience on large capital projects, including 3+ years in FEL/FEED environments.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams within stage-gate governance.
• Working knowledge of CPM scheduling, cost estimate classification (AACE), risk management, and change control.
• Strong executive-level written communication; scheduling tools proficiency (Primavera P6 or MS Project) and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Integrated project schedule and deliverable ownership for the assigned FEL phase, including milestone tracking and schedule adherence reporting.
• Core project management documents: PEP, Project Charter, stage-gate checklists, delegation of authority, variance management, and weekly summaries.
• Cross-functional integration of land, licensing, permitting, interconnection, engineering, environmental, cost, finance, legal, and commercial workstreams.
• Maintain project risk register, drive mitigations, and elevate threats to stage-gate criteria.
• Stage-gate preparation and governance: deliverable completeness reviews, gate packages, and governance presentations.
• Cost performance management against budgets; coordination on estimates, escalation, contingencies, and funding.
• Scenario and strategy analysis to inform executive decisions.
