Citi Colombia is hiring an entry-level LATAM CSC Payments Analyst (C10) to support transactional processing, transfers, payments and receivables in coordination with Transaction Services.

The role emphasizes disability inclusion, with official certification; candidates must have English and Portuguese, and enjoy a collaborative team environment with flexible shifts in Bogotá under a Hybrid contract.

Formación

• Official disability certification issued in accordance with the procedure established by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection in Colombia.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (writing, reading & speaking).
• Intermediate Portuguese proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Operate within a team environment, supporting various operational processes including transfers, payments and receivables.
• Ensure transactions are processed efficiently, act as SME and recommend process improvements.
• Cross-train on other internal roles to provide back-up coverage during high volume periods.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with multiple client and industry cutoffs and flexible shifts.
• Evaluate and propose data-driven solutions to improve quality and reduce risk of errors.
• Contribute to payments operations projects as needed and collaborate with other teams.
• Develop understanding of how payments operations interact with other areas to achieve objectives.
