Jeeves, a leading financial operating system for global businesses, is seeking a Senior Account Executive in Bogotá. The role is full-time with a hybrid setup (office 2-3 days/week) and reports to the Country Manager for Mexico/Colombia.

You will close high-value clients, grow the Colombia market, and work with marketing and customer success to optimize conversions while managing a strategic sales pipeline.

Formación

• 6+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development.
• Fluent in English; global company with cross-region communication.
• Experience in consulting or investment banking early in career plus fintech/payments/cross-border experience is preferred.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented with a drive to succeed.
• An existing network of transferable B2B relationships with mid-to large-sized businesses is a must.
• Demonstrated ability to engage C-level stakeholders and drive sales targets.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Interest in developing a high-performing sales career and learning the sales machine.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities targeting mid-to-large businesses, enterprises and startups; meet/exceed sales targets as an individual contributor.
• Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, objection handling, development, negotiation, closing.
• Provide feedback to management and product/engineering to improve Jeeves’ platform and services.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success to create materials and improve conversion.
• Build a value-driven client experience with a portfolio of business owners.
• Collaborate with Country & Regional Managers to develop, track, and exceed quotas.
• Support financial goals for clients through consultative sales.

Jeeves is rapidly growing our operations in Colombia and searching for a motivated, ambitious Senior Account Executive to join and help scale our Colombia Sales organization. The Senior Account Executive will report to our Country Manager in Mexico / Colombia, and be responsible for closing high-value clients and growing the Colombia market.

Location: This role is based out of Bogotá, Colombia, and is a full-time hybrid position where it is required to come into our office in the Parque de la 93 area (2-3 days/week).

Job Responsibilities

• Acquire high-quality new clients through efficient outbound strategies (Hunting) + cross-sell & upsell existing clients by providing top-notch consultative sales
• Identify business opportunities targeting mid- to large-sized businesses, enterprises, and later-stage venture-backed startups; consistently meet and exceed sales targets and deliver revenue growth as an individual contributor
• Manage full sales cycle and executive effective pipeline strategy: lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, discovery, objection handling, development, negotiating, and closing
• Provide timely, detailed, and actionable feedback to management. product and engineering teams to constantly improve Jeeves’ platform features and financial services offerings
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success to develop your own materials and increase conversion rates
• Build an effortless and value-driven client experience while working directly with a versatile portfolio of business owners to help support their financial goals

Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience in B2B Saas sales or business development
• Fluent in English, Jeeves is a global company and English is the language we use internally to communicate between regions
• Top tier consulting or Investment Banking experience early in career + experience working within a fast-growing startup, fintech, payments, cross border experience is strongly preferred but not required
• Highly motivated and results-oriented with a drive to succeed
• An existing network of transferable B2B relationships preferably with mid- to large-sized businesses, enterprises, and later-stage venture-backed startups is a must
• Demonstrated ability to garner attention, present professionally, and communicate at all levels of an organization - focus on CFOs, Partners, and Business Owners
• Successful track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Keen interest in developing a career in a high-performing Sales team and learning the inputs of a sales machine; willingness to put in the work necessary to be successful
