Job summary

Pebl is seeking an experienced Specialist to deliver compliant onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations for enterprise clients and Brazil-based employees. This hybrid role is based in Medellín, Colombia, and requires strong knowledge of Brazilian employment laws and hands-on onboarding experience.

The ideal candidate will manage Brazil onboarding plans, coordinate with Product, Payroll, Legal, Support, and external providers, and use data-driven approaches to ensure accurate, timely launches

Qualifications

• Strong degree in a technical or analytical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with HRIS integrations and APIs troubleshooting.
• Advanced spreadsheet and reporting skills.
• Four+ years in HR Operations, Brazil onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing delivery for an assigned portfolio of enterprise clients in Brazil.
• Create Brazil-specific onboarding plans, timelines, documentation, registrations, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Payroll, Legal, Support, Immigration, Client Services, and external providers to resolve challenges.
• Provide accurate, customer-focused HR support to clients and employees in Brazil on benefits, payroll, documentation, and other HR matters.
• Apply Brazilian employment laws and HR regulations; identify compliance gaps and coordinate corrective action.
• Track onboarding timelines, case status, SLAs, and service quality; maintain high-quality client experience.
• Use advanced spreadsheets and dashboards to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and improve processes.
• Develop product/workflow understanding; troubleshoot HRIS integrations and data mapping with Product/Engineering; contribute to automation.
