Job summary

Pebl is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to deliver compliant onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing HR services for enterprise clients and Brazilian employees. The role owns an assigned portfolio end-to-end and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate launches and timely outcomes.

Based in Medellín, Colombia, this hybrid position requires strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws, API-enabled HRIS integrations, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, preferably in a technical field.
• 4+ years of HR/HR Operations experience supporting Brazil employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian employment laws (CLT, eSocial) and payroll obligations.
• Professional fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Current residence in Medellín, Colombia, with ability to work in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing HR operations for enterprise clients and Brazil-based employees.
• Develop Brazil-specific onboarding plans, timelines, documentation, registrations, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Payroll, Legal, Support, and external providers to deliver compliant outcomes.
• Provide accurate, customer-focused support on benefits, payroll, and employment documentation for Brazil-based staff.
• Identify compliance gaps and coordinate corrective actions under Brazilian laws.
• Track timelines, case status, SLAs, and service quality while maintaining relationships.
• Utilize spreadsheets and dashboards to analyze trends and improve accuracy and response times.
• Troubleshoot HRIS integrations and data mapping with Product/Engineering; contribute to automation.
• Investigate and resolve issues, sharing expertise for training and escalation.
