Job summary

Magnific is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business with enterprise customers. This remote, full-time role is based in Mexico and reports to the Head of B2B Sales EMEA.

You will prospect, map complex org structures, demonstrate value through tailored demos, and close multi-million-dollar deals with C-level leaders. You will work with leadership across Marketing, Product, and Partnerships to expand Magnific’s enterprise footprint in EMEA and beyond, defining enterprise

Qualifications

• Proven track record in SaaS enterprise sales (1,000+ employees)
• Strong MEDDICC discipline and multi-threaded deal orchestration
• Exceptional executive-level presenting and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify enterprise opportunities across large global organizations
• Deliver elite demos for marketing, design, and procurement leaders
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with strategic alignment
• Collaborate with leadership on late-stage strategy, negotiation, and legal alignment
• Analyze workflows and KPIs to position Magnific as a clear ROI driver
• Share learnings to scale successful approaches across teams
