Capgemini is seeking an Engineering Pre-Sales Lead to drive software, cloud, data and AI architecture across engagements. The role requires leading development teams, shaping technical delivery, and aligning solutions with customer needs.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of hands-on experience, strong SDLC knowledge, and proven stakeholder management, with preference for US/Americas client experience in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Software Development, Solution Architecture, Technical Delivery or related technology roles.
• Hands-on software development, engineering or architecture with progression into leadership responsibilities.
• Broad understanding of the SDLC, modern software architecture and engineering capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of developers, overseeing their work and ensuring high performance and quality.
• Coordinate tasks across software engineers, architects and technical SMEs to deliver solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into high-level technical solutions and delivery approaches.
• Engage with customers, including US/Americas clients, with strong communication and stakeholder management.
