Qualifications

• Hands-on software development, engineering or architecture with progression into leadership responsibilities.
• Broad understanding of the SDLC, modern software architecture and engineering capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers, overseeing their work and ensuring high performance and quality.
• Coordinate tasks across software engineers, architects and technical SMEs to deliver solutions.
