Amaris Consulting | Part of Mantu is seeking a software architecture leader with consulting and presales experience to translate client needs into technically sound, estimable, and commercially viable solutions. You will lead the regional Software Service Line and shape proposals.

You will drive AI adoption to improve presales efficiency, build expert communities across the region, and articulate architecture decisions to both technical and business audiences.

Formación

• Degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of professional experience with significant architecture leadership.
• Proven experience in technology consulting including presales and proposal development.
• Experience estimating software solutions and services, including scope, effort, team composition, phases, timelines, risks, and assumptions.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, APIs, microservices, DevOps, and SDLC.
• Experience with cloud architectures, Azure preferred; AWS also valuable.
• Practical knowledge of AI adoption within software teams.
• Ability to explain technical decisions to technical and business audiences; capable of workshops and client presentations.
• Advanced spoken and written English for international collaboration.

We are looking for a software architecture leader with consulting and presales experience who can turn client needs into technically sound, estimable, and commercially viable solutions.

This person will lead the development of the regional Software Service Line by shaping and estimating service proposals and building expert communities across the region. They will also promote the adoption of artificial intelligence as a way to improve the efficiency of presales and software services.

Profile Requirement

• Degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Senior experience in software development and solution architecture. As a guide, 10 or more years of professional experience and significant experience leading architecture initiatives are preferred.
• Proven experience in technology consulting, including direct involvement in presales and proposal development.
• Experience estimating software solutions and services, including scope, effort, team composition, phases, timelines, risks, and assumptions.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, integration, APIs, microservices, DevOps, and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with cloud architectures. Azure is especially relevant to this role; AWS experience is also valuable.
• Practical knowledge of AI adoption within software teams and the ability to help others incorporate AI into their work.
• Ability to explain technical decisions to both technical and business audiences, facilitate workshops, and present proposals to clients.
• Advanced spoken and written English for working with international clients and teams.
