StoneX Group Inc. in Bogotá is seeking a deeply technical Engineering Manager to lead the Client Onboarding engineering team in Colombia.

This player-coach role combines architectural leadership with hands-on software delivery across React applications, APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure. You will set technical direction, mentor engineers, drive AI-assisted development, and ensure security, scalability, and regulatory alignment.

Formación

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in technical lead or engineering manager roles.
• Experience designing agentic AI workflows is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical direction and solution architecture for the onboarding team.
• Lead end-to-end system design across React apps, APIs, microservices and cloud infra.
• Mentor developers and leads, fostering ownership and continuous improvement.
• Lead AI-assisted engineering initiatives and enforce coding standards and CI/CD practices.
• Ensure security, scalability, and regulatory compliance across solutions.
