Softgic S. is seeking a professional in Colombia to own the scope, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder alignment for AI technical platforms. This role involves translating product requirements into a shippable backlog while maintaining quality and discipline throughout project phases.

The ideal candidate will have experience in stakeholder management, technical product environments, and AI behavior specifications.

Formación

• Ability to write crisp, testable acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management and prioritization judgment.
• Comfort with technical platform products and AI/agent behavior specification.

Responsabilidades

• Own the backlog, acceptance criteria, and tradeoffs for each phase.
• Define measurable quality for probabilistic agent behavior in partnership with the Tech Lead.
• Coordinate SME availability and design-partner input.
