Pariveda Solutions, Inc. in Bogotá is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-level applications within our Solutions Center.

You will lead cross-functional teams, interact with US-based clients, and mentor junior colleagues as you expand our cloud-enabled offerings. Responsibilities include SDLC governance, architecture, estimation, and delivery across web/mobile, Azure/AWS, IoT, and ML initiatives while upholding our culture of continuous learning

Formación

• 8+ years of software development experience
• Background in technical and/or management consulting
• Experience leading projects and teams
• Experience architecting technical solutions for complex problems
• Experience across SDLC and Agile practices
• Current project leadership of technical teams
• Ability to mentor others and manage client relationships
• Fluency in English for US-based communication

Responsabilidades

• Oversee small teams of Pariveda employees and manage client relationships across industries
• Diagnose complex technical and business problems and implement creative solutions
• Lead design, development and delivery of IT solutions across web/mobile, cloud (Azure/AWS), data-driven, IoT and ML
• Guide SDLC activities: estimation, planning, requirements, architecture, development, testing, risk management and delivery
• Actively participate in recruitment and professional development of team members
• Work in a hybrid model and engage with cross-functional teams including US colleagues
