Formación

• 7+ years of hands-on engineering experience (software development or DevOps).
• 3+ years in an engineering leadership or management role.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2).

Responsabilidades

• Lead high-performing engineering teams and ensure technical execution.
• Own end-to-end delivery for assigned engagements.
• Act as technical point of contact for clients.
• Understand and support financial health of projects.
