Gorilla Logic in Colombia is seeking a Technical Engineering Manager – DevOps & Cloud to lead high-performing engineering teams and drive modern cloud, automation, and operational excellence for our clients. This role blends technical leadership with people management, client engagement, and delivery ownership.

You will guide DevOps, cloud engineering, IaC, CI/CD practices, and architecture across multiple projects while mentoring engineers.

Formación

7+ years hands-on DevOps, Cloud, Platform, or SRE experience.
3+ years leading engineering teams and tech leaders.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience delivering cloud-native architectures and microservices.
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
Professional English communication (B2+/C1).

Responsabilidades

Provide technical leadership across cloud, DevOps, platform engineering, and infrastructure.
Guide architecture decisions for cloud-native and distributed systems.
Drive CI/CD, IaC, automation, observability, security, and reliability.
Participate in architecture reviews, technical assessments, design discussions, and POCs.
Support technical leads in resolving complex engineering challenges and scalable solutions.
Stay current with emerging cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and industry trends.
