Pacifica Continental in Colombia seeks a Planning, Purchasing and Shipping Manager to lead the end-to-end logistics functions, ensuring on-time deliveries, cost efficiency, and strict compliance with Colombian regulations and Free Trade Zone requirements.

The role collaborates with Sales, Logistics and Production to meet customer requirements, manages and develops the team, and supports cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining high data accuracy and process discipline.

Formación

• Professional degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Planning, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, and Administration.
• Minimum 3 years in leadership roles with proven people management.
• English: Intermediate (professional communication with international suppliers/stakeholders).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365/CRM & PV and Power BI reporting.
• Strong data accuracy and process discipline.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, team player.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Planning, Purchasing, and Shipping (Logistics) functions end-to-end.
• Ensure on-time customer deliveries, cost efficiency, and compliance with Colombian regulations.
• Develop and manage team; distribute workload and ensure orders are processed efficiently.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, imports/exports, and Free Trade Zone requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales and Factory teams for timely production and status updates.
• Provide reports and business analyses to GM and Operations Manager.
• Lead monthly KPI and S&OP meetings within Operations.
