Procter & Gamble in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a highly analytical Senior Demand Planning & Logistics Manager to lead demand forecasting and optimize the end-to-end supply chain across the country.

This leadership role reports to the head of supply chain, manages a team, and partners with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance to ensure product availability and cost efficiency while driving continuous improvement.

Formación

• 5+ years of Supply Chain Management roles.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Demand Forecasting & Market Analysis: Develop country-level demand forecasts reflecting trends and activities.
• Inventory Management & Optimization: Ensure stock availability and reduce obsolete or slow-moving inventory.
• Process Improvement & Cross-functional Collaboration: Drive optimization of demand planning processes and liaise across functions.
• Logistics Integration & Supply Chain Enhancement: Collaborate with logistics/warehousing to improve efficiency and service levels.
• Mentor and develop team members within the demand planning function.
