Job summary

Perlman Clinic is hiring a Product Engineer (Full Stack) to take ideas from concept to production and deliver patient- and staff-facing solutions. You will own features end-to-end across frontend and backend systems, partner with product/design, and iterate on high-impact experiences.

You’ll design schemas, build APIs, debug production issues, and craft intuitive interfaces that healthcare professionals rely on daily. This role is full-time with employer-of-record support through Emapta.

Qualifications

• Strong product intuition and ability to shape solutions from loosely defined requirements.
• Experience collaborating with product and design, or contributing to product decisions.
• Experience debugging production issues across frontend and backend systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and own features end-to-end across frontend and backend systems.
• Design database schemas and backend APIs; gather business requirements.
• Translate designs into polished UI and iterate with stakeholders.
