AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design and scale a platform used by enterprise procurement teams. You will own both frontend and backend, turning wireframes into production features with React and Rails, collaborating with product, data science, and design to solve complex problems.

You will work with Product, Staff Tech Leads, and agile teams to estimate, commit, and continuously improve development practices.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience building web applications using Rails, Entity, Spring, or a similar MVC framework.
• 3+ years of experience using JavaScript and TypeScript to write SPAs with React.
• 3+ years of experience working with SQL databases (Postgres/RDS).
• 3+ years of experience using HTML and CSS to style web apps.
• 3+ years taking wireframes into functional features.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Drive innovation and build scalable solutions.
• Estimate and commit with Product Management and Staff Tech Leads.
• Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize development process and efficiency.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including senior leadership, on project status, risks, and issues.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
