Emapta Global is seeking a Product Designer to shape digital healthcare experiences. You will translate user research into intuitive design that improves clinical workflows and patient interactions while collaborating with U.S. healthcare teams.

This role offers direct client exposure and a chance to grow within a global UX design community. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in product/UX design or UX research, strong UX/UI knowledge, and the ability to plan and conduct mixed-methods research.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product design, UX design, or UX research.
• Strong knowledge of UX, UI design standards, and usability testing methodologies.
• Ability to understand and prioritize user and stakeholder needs to deliver impactful design solutions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt design methodologies to different challenges.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead the end-to-end product design lifecycle, from ideation and product strategy to solution design, execution, and adoption.
• Define user needs, inform product strategy, and develop effective solutions that address user and business requirements.
• Establish and improve processes to ensure high-quality UX research and product design.
• Design product enhancements that improve experiences for patients, clinical staff, and non-clinical staff.
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to identify key insights and inform product design decisions.
• Create essential UX deliverables, including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate with designers, software engineers, clinical professionals, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver intuitive, user-centered healthcare solutions.

The Qualifications We Seek

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product design, UX design, or UX research
• Strong knowledge of user experience (UX) best practices, user interface (UI) design standards, and usability testing methodologies
• Ability to understand and prioritize user and stakeholder needs to deliver impactful design solutions
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt design methodologies to different challenges
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience contributing to an organization's design maturity through the creation or maintenance of design systems, or the establishment of formal design and feedback processes
