Auxis is seeking an experienced Endpoint Lead/Architect to lead strategy, architecture, and operational management of a large-scale endpoint environment across North and South America. You will define the endpoint management roadmap, drive cloud-based modernization, and provide technical leadership for the Endpoint Engineering team, coordinating across multi-country operations.

• 5+ years in Endpoint Management or End-User Computing.
• 2+ years in lead/architect role.
• Expert in Microsoft SCCM MECM and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with co-management, Windows Autopilot, OS Deployment, packaging, patching.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and security baselines.
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Fluent in English.

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Lead / Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, and operational management of a large-scale endpoint environment supporting more than 11,000 devices across North and South America.

This role is responsible for defining the endpoint management roadmap, driving the transition from traditional on-premises management to modern cloud-based solutions, and providing technical leadership for the Endpoint Engineering team.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Endpoint Management, End-User Computing, or Endpoint Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in a Lead, Architect, or technical leadership capacity.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft SCCM (MECM) and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with SCCM/Intune co-management, Windows Autopilot, OS Deployment, application packaging, software distribution, and patch management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, endpoint compliance, and security baselines.
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Endpoint Management certifications.
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Experience supporting large, multi-country enterprise environments.
• Managed Services experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
