Job summary

FPT Latin America is seeking an Embedded Software Principal to lead architecture and development of autonomous mobile robotics platforms for demanding warehouse environments. You will define embedded software standards, drive real-time control, sensor integration, and safety systems, and oversee system reliability across hardware and software.

The role requires 8+ years in embedded development, 3+ years in technical leadership, and hands-on work with Embedded Linux, RTOS, and real-time systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of embedded software development experience.
• 3+ years in technical leadership or lead engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with Embedded Linux, RTOS, and real-time systems.
• Experience developing software for mobile robotics platforms.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, concurrency, and hardware/software integration.

Are you an experienced Embedded Software Engineer ready to lead the architecture and development of next-generation autonomous mobile robots?

We’re looking for an Embedded Software Principal to drive embedded software architecture, technical leadership, and system reliability for robotic platforms operating in demanding warehouse and industrial environments.
