Filta, a leading email marketing agency, seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to join their team in the Philippines. You will support DTC email campaigns across multiple client brands, turning briefs into on-brand emails and automated flows using advanced Figma techniques.

The role demands 4+ years of graphic design experience, a strong portfolio across promotional emails, and excellent written English to communicate with global teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, with strong focus on DTC/ecommerce email design.
• Proven portfolio showing promotional emails, welcome flows, abandoned cart flows, and work across multiple distinct brand styles.
• Advanced Figma skills (auto-layout, organized layers, components).
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals: typography, visual hierarchy, mobile responsiveness, and email rendering standards.

Responsibilities

• Turn briefs into clean, on-brand promotional emails and automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase).
• Design desktop and mobile layouts quickly in Figma using auto-layout, components, and live text best practices.
• Manage quick turnarounds (48-hour standard per brief) across multiple client styles.
• Build and maintain clean, organized Figma files and reusable email sections/templates.
• Collaborate with Campaign Managers, Program Managers, and Copywriters to prep designs for build/production teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part of the creative production team, supporting DTC email campaign execution across multiple client brands. Your key tasks will include:

• Turning creative briefs and copy into clean, on-brand promotional emails and automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase).
• Designing desktop and mobile layouts quickly in Figma using auto-layout, components, and live text best practices.
• Managing quick turnarounds (48-hour standard per brief) across multiple client styles simultaneously.
• Building and maintaining clean, organized Figma files and reusable email sections/templates. Applying internal and client feedback efficiently within fast revision turnarounds.
• Collaborating closely with Campaign Managers, Program Managers, and Copywriters to prepare designs for build/production teams.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, with strong focus on DTC/ecommerce email design.
• Proven portfolio showing promotional emails, welcome flows, abandoned cart flows, and work across multiple distinct brand styles.
• Advanced Figma skills (auto-layout, organized layers, components).
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals: typography, visual hierarchy, mobile responsiveness, and email rendering standards (live text vs. image blocks).
• Ability to work fast, independently, and manage multiple tight deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written English skills for seamless asynchronous communication and feedback handling.

Bonus Points For

• Experience working in an agency environment managing multiple accounts.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Notion, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Understanding of email performance metrics (CTR, revenue per recipient) or basic platform knowledge (Klaviyo)
