IDB Invest seeks a dynamic professional to drive inclusive economic growth across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will develop advisory projects, coordinate with industry divisions, and deliver rigorous proposals that align with social inclusion goals.

The role requires a Master’s or MBA and at least four years in sustainability or development advisory, with fluent Spanish and English and visa eligibility for Bogotá.

Competenze

• Master’s degree or MBA or equivalent in economics, development, finance, or related field.
• Minimum four years in sustainability advisory roles or private sector work.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Identify and scope advisory opportunities with industry divisions and regional teams.
• Prepare client proposals, concept notes, and project designs.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
• Coordinate with cross-cutting teams to offer coherent advisory services.
