Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA in economics, international development, public/international affairs, finance, business administration, human resources, communications, engineering, or related field.
• At least four years of relevant sustainability experience in private sector, consultancies, or development institutions.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and client engagement across divisions and regions.
• Oversee advisory project design, scope, and deliverables focused on equal opportunity and sustainability.
• Contribute to knowledge tools, frameworks, and indicators to measure inclusion impact.
• Support data collection, monitoring, and reporting for inclusion projects.
