The Functionary is seeking an Ecommerce Operations Analyst to own the retail catalog and drive online performance in a fast-paced manufacturing and consumer products environment.
You will manage large datasets, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Supply Chain, and IT, and push enhancements across platforms using advanced Excel and syndication tools.

We need someone who can own retail catalog within 30 days,
Retail or vendor catalog at real scale (thousands of SKUs, bulk flat files)
Advanced Excel — formula translation across retailer templates
PIM/portal exposure (Syndigo, Vendor Central, Salsify, or equivalent) with ability to learn IDM/IMA quickly
Independent cross-functional data chasing across Sales, Brand, Compliance, Supply Chain, etc.
Contract Type: Long Term Contract
Schedule: Full-time availability required (exact schedule will be provided later in the process)
Manage and maintain ecommerce product listings and online catalogs
Analyze product data, assortment performance, and digital shelf opportunities
Support product setup, content updates, and catalog management initiatives
Coordinate content syndication and product information across multiple platforms
Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, content quality, and ecommerce performance
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, and IT teams
Conduct product audits, gap analyses, and performance reviews
Ensure product information, specifications, and pricing remain accurate across channels
Support ongoing ecommerce growth and process improvement initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field (preferred)
2–3 years of experience in Ecommerce, Digital Merchandising, Sales Support, or Ecommerce Operations
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Experience working with ecommerce platforms, retailer portals, or related systems
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
