Qualifications

• Hands-on experience scaling ecommerce brands with paid media
• Proven ability to manage Meta ads spend and show results (CPA/ROAS)
• Experience creating/leading creative testing and briefs

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients on Meta
• Build creative testing roadmaps; write briefs for editors; analyze what's working
• Manage ad budgets ranging from client to client
• Diagnose the full funnel; identify creative/offers/conversion issues
• Communicate results, plans, and next steps with clients
• Work with UGC creators; source talent, write scripts, direct content when needed
