Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on Google Ads experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience with Google Ads for DTC eCommerce brands is a plus.
• GTM and GA4 experience for conversion tracking and analytics.
• Ability to work in European time zones and collaborate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads accounts end-to-end including strategy, execution, optimization and budget management.
• Develop and implement profit-focused ad strategies to drive real business growth.
• Create, launch and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Optimize shopping feeds with dedicated feed management support.
• Conduct testing and analyze performance beyond in-platform metrics to inform decisions.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to clients via Slack and meetings.
