Lean Solutions Group in Bogotá seeks a Disputes Specialist – Level 2 to manage complex customer disputes end-to-end. You will validate shipment data, review charges, and determine credits or denials while ensuring timely resolutions and compliance with client requirements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and the ability to work with large datasets across multiple platforms including Outlook, SharePoint, and SQL.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in disputes, claims, billing, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel knowledge for large data handling.

Responsabilidades

• Review daily and weekly dispute assignments by priority, aging, and complexity.
• Investigate disputes by validating shipment data, weights, dimensions, surcharges, and rates.
• Review information from Outlook, SharePoint, historical databases, SQL, and third-party platforms.
• Work with Excel-based Recalc Files, Tool Files, and Dispute Trackers to analyze data.
• Determine whether disputes should be credited, denied, or escalated based on documents and contracts.
• Validate calculations, data aggregation, pivot tables, and all charges.
• Prepare AR files for approved credits with tracking numbers and root causes.
• Create customer-facing dispute documentation and upload to SharePoint.
• Submit validated disputes to POC for approval and follow up.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, AR, Disputes, and AMT teams to ensure proper processing of credits.
• Respond to auditor feedback and make necessary corrections.
• Maintain records of investigations, resolutions, escalations, and disputes.
• Ensure case resolution within client and auditor deadlines, prioritizing urgent requests.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
