Job summary

Visa is a world leader in payments technology, enabling transactions across more than 200 countries. We are seeking a Director to oversee Acceptance implementations in Latin America, delivering world-class client outcomes and scalable processes.

You will lead a team of Implementation Managers, drive regional strategy, governance, and continuous improvement while collaborating with Product, Risk, and Operations to accelerate adoption of the latest payment innovations.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in payments, financial services, software delivery, or equivalent.
• Proven leadership of technical/professional services teams for enterprise initiatives.
• Deep understanding of eCommerce payments, gateways, tokenization and fraud management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic leadership to build a high-performing implementation organization.
• Ensure on-time delivery of Acceptance products for strategic merchants and clients.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Technology, Risk, Operations, and Support to align roadmaps.
• Drive automation, AI-powered improvements, and scalable delivery practices.
