The Lean Solutions Group seeks a Director of Operations based in Bogotá to oversee the operational performance of assigned accounts and ensure policy execution, standards, and client commitments. This role provides strategic leadership across multiple teams, driving efficiency, financial performance, workforce planning, and client satisfaction while developing leaders and implementing scalable operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, industrial engineering, operations management or related field.
• 2+ years as Senior Operations Manager in a BPO environment.
• Experience managing operational budgets, workforce planning, forecasting, and financial performance metrics.
• Experience leading client-facing operations and acting as escalation point for executives.
• Ability to drive operational excellence, process improvements and performance management.
• Experience managing large teams through multiple leadership levels (Operations Managers, Senior Operations Managers, etc).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to present insights to senior leadership and clients.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) due to frequent interaction with US-based clients and executive stakeholders.

The Director of Operations at Lean Solutions Group is responsible for overseeing the operational performance of an assigned account, ensuring the successful execution of company policies, operational standards, and client commitments. This role provides strategic leadership across multiple operational teams while driving efficiency, financial performance, workforce planning, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a proven operations leader with experience managing large-scale teams in fast-paced environments. This individual combines strong business acumen, financial oversight, and client relationship management skills with the ability to develop high-performing leaders and execute operational strategies that support company growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager in a BPO environment.
• Experience in financial campaigns if preferred.
• Proven experience managing operational budgets, workforce planning, forecasting, and financial performance metrics.
• Strong experience leading client-facing operations and serving as an escalation point for executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, process improvements, and performance management initiatives.
• Experience managing large teams through Operations Managers, Senior Operations Managers, or equivalent leadership structures.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to present business insights and operational performance to senior leadership and clients.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2 level) is required due to frequent interaction with U.S.-based clients and executive stakeholders.
