Lean Solutions Group is seeking an experienced BI leader to shape how business intelligence operates at scale across the company. You will define the BI strategy, establish standards, and guide teams in analytics roadmaps, data products, and governance.

You will translate complex business needs into measurable analytics initiatives, connect data to strategic decisions, and mentor teams through end-to-end delivery from requirements to deployment.

Formación

• 3+ years in BI, analytics, or related fields with leadership experience.
• Strong command of Power BI, semantic modeling, DAX, SQL, data modeling.
• Experience with Fabric/Snowflake, modern lakehouse architecture, or comparable cloud platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the BI strategy aligned with company priorities.
• Translate business needs into an analytics roadmap covering reporting, data products, governance, automation, self-service analytics, and decision intelligence.
• Connect operational performance, workforce, productivity, financial, customer, and service metrics to identify performance drivers.
• Move conversations from what happened toward why performance changed and where intervention is required.
• Provide direction for scalable analytics architecture across Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, semantic models, and lakehouse environments.
• Establish reusable foundations instead of isolated reporting solutions.
• Lead the full lifecycle from problem definition to data validation, modeling, development, adoption, and improvement.
• Establish standards for usability, performance, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Create confidence in company reporting through metric definitions, ownership, lineage, access controls, validation standards, and governed semantic models.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate data into business decisions.
• Connect analytics to operational performance, capacity, cost, margin, customer health, and strategic priorities.

This position is open for candidates located in Bogotá, Barranquilla or Medellin.

At Lean Solutions Group we are looking for an experienced leader who combines strong business judgment, analytics leadership, and modern data expertise. This role will shape how business intelligence operates across the company, establishing the standards, capabilities, architecture, and operating practices required to support internal leaders and client operations at scale.

You will understand the business problem behind the request, challenge unclear requirements, identify the right measures, establish trusted data foundations, and lead teams toward insights and decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data, or related disciplines, including significant leadership experience.
• Strong command of Power BI, semantic modeling, DAX, SQL, data modeling, analytics architecture, and modern BI development practices.
• Experience with Fabric/Snowflake, modern lakehouse architecture, or comparable cloud data platforms.
• Strong understanding of data governance, metric management, data quality, lineage, security, and enterprise analytics standards.
• Strong analytical capability, with the ability to identify relationships between operational metrics, drivers, exceptions, trends, and business implications.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in business language and business requirements in language technical teams understand.
• Experience presenting analysis, recommendations, and business performance to senior executives and external clients.
• Experience within BPO, logistics, contact centers, shared services, workforce operations, or similar environments is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
