Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a Digital Business Solutions Lead to translate business and user needs into well-documented product requirements and configurable solutions using low-code/no-code tools.

You will partner with Business Product Owners, technology, design and analytics to maintain backlogs, define requirements, validate solutions, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement across GS Interaction Model products.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital product support, business analysis, product operations, or related areas.
• Experience configuring low-code/no-code platforms and enterprise tools.
• Ability to translate business and user needs into clear requirements and test scenarios.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain product objectives, roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans.
• Gather and document business, partner, and user needs.
• Translate needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare materials to support scope and priority decisions.
• Coordinate readiness activities across governance and security.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement across GS products.
