Talent Sam is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. You will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive growth.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with email marketing, SEO, content, and paid advertising, plus proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, and Mailchimp. This role offers remote work and opportunities to impact performance across channels.

Formación

• Experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong understanding of funnels, lead generation, and acquisition.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance and reporting insights.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation is a plus.

The ideal candidate has experience across multiple digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing. You will analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that maximize marketing results.

• Experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing Specialist, Growth Marketing Specialist, or a similar role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.

• Experience with email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, and paid advertising.

• Proficiency with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, customer acquisition, and campaign optimization.

• Experience analyzing campaign performance and creating reports to support data-driven decisions.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.

• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools is a plus.

• Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta certifications are a plus.
