You will balance hands-on technical work with leadership—coaching engineers, coordinating delivery, and partnering with development and operations to keep platforms reliable, secure, and scalable.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in DevOps or platform engineering roles.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tooling and GitOps.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and IaC.
