Rockwell Automation is seeking a DevOps Team Lead to steer a team of engineers responsible for CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and cloud infrastructure. You will coach, coordinate delivery, and partner with development and operations to keep platforms reliable and secure.

You will report to the Engineering Manager and help drive automation, observability, and compliance across the delivery lifecycle in a hybrid work model.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Advanced English required.
• 5+ years of DevOps/platform engineering experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and GitOps frameworks.
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of DevOps engineers for CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and cloud infra.
• Oversee reliable, automated, and reproducible deployments and migrations from legacy tooling.
• Manage cloud infrastructure via infrastructure-as-code with security standards.
• Ensure observability and incident response practices across platforms.
