Mroads in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a senior DevOps Engineer to design and scale our cloud-first platforms. You will lead engineering teams, own CI/CD pipelines, and drive automation across deployments and infrastructure.

The role requires hands-on expertise with AWS, EKS, Docker, Kubernetes, and event-driven systems like Kafka, plus strong Git workflows and Agile/Scrum practices. Strong communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management are essential to align engineering with business goals

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years in DevOps/Cloud Engineering.
5+ years as DevOps Engineer or Team Lead leading engineering teams.
Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Harness or similar.
Hands-on with AWS, EKS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Experience in cloud-native deployment strategies and infrastructure automation.
Strong understanding of containers, orchestration, and microservices.
Experience supporting event-driven systems with Apache Kafka.
Familiarity with MongoDB/NoSQL, WebSockets, GraphQL integrations.
Strong Git knowledge and modern software workflows.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving; strong communication and leadership.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
