Rockwell Automation in Medellín, Colombia is seeking a DevOps Team Lead to guide a team responsible for CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and cloud infrastructure that power our software delivery. You will balance hands-on technical work with leadership—coaching engineers, coordinating delivery, and partnering with development and operations to keep platforms reliable, secure, and scalable.
