Lite Thinking company in Medellín, Colombia, seeks an Infrastructure, DevOps, and Platform Coordinator to lead cloud, DevOps, DevSecOps, and platform engineering initiatives. You will drive highly available, automated, scalable, and secure platforms to accelerate product delivery.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in platforms, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure) with a focus on automation and security. This role is hybrid in Medellín.

Formación

• Experience leading infrastructure teams or initiatives.
• Proficient in DevOps and DevSecOps practices.
• Knowledge of Platform Engineering and IaC.
• Experience with observability, monitoring, security, and high availability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the infrastructure, cloud, and platform strategy.
• Design and evolve DevOps/DevSecOps practices.
• Drive Platform Engineering capabilities.
• Manage Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms.
• Oversee AWS and Azure deployments.
• Promote automation via CI/CD and IaC.
• Ensure platform availability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Development, Security, and Operations.
• Define technical standards and best practices.
