• Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, EE, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a software product development environment is preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerized deployments.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement Grafana dashboards for operational insights.
• Use Prometheus (or equivalent) to monitor deployment health.
• Develop automated runbooks for common tasks and escalation issues.
• Act as operations contact between developers and customers.
• Document incidents and future resolutions; share knowledge.
• Design/build deployment and configuration management systems.
• Test implemented designs and monitor metrics for improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and educate team members on Dev/Ops.
• Build configuration standards and maintain project administration.
• Design/update processes; improve infrastructure and application development.
• Follow best practices; collaborate to prioritize tasks.
