EPAM Systems Inc is hiring a Delivery Manager to strengthen AI delivery and keep complex work organized end-to-end. You will align teams and partners, manage risks and scope, and ensure priorities stay connected to company objectives.

Responsibilities include managing initiatives from initiation to closure, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining delivery quality across the lifecycle. English proficiency and senior delivery experience are required.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of relevant technical engineering experience.
• At least 2 years in senior, lead, manager, or owner capacities.
• Proven track record leading teams of 5+ full-time staff.
• Advanced knowledge of solution architecture and AI concepts (Agentic AI).
• Practical Python scripting ability and baseline AI understanding.
• Broad delivery/project management experience across multiple project types.
