Job summary

Dev.Pro, a US-based outsourced software development company, is hiring a Delivery Director to lead delivery across major client accounts. You will manage distributed teams, align with clients on outcomes, and drive efficiency, quality, and profitability across FinTech, Retail, and Hospitality projects.

You will shape delivery processes, foster strong engagement within teams, and collaborate with CTO and Sales to expand offerings and revenue. This is a remote-first role spanning 55+ countries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project and program management in software product or IT (application management)
• Experience managing large teams (100-150+ people) and multi‑million budgets
• Strong leadership, change advocacy, and executive communication skills
• Experience hiring, developing, retaining technical and managerial talent
• Strategic thinking and accountability in complex delivery environments
• Proven ability to manage outsourced engineering or IT service delivery
• Advanced knowledge of SDLC and project management methods
• Operational management to achieve CSAT and profitability targets

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery for major client accounts and ensure high‑quality, timely solutions
• Align with clients on outcomes, monitor satisfaction, and manage escalations
• Propose improvements to processes, tools, and capabilities; identify new opportunities
• Maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders and spot upsell opportunities
• Coordinate revenue and margin planning and optimal resource utilization
• Collaborate with CTO and Marketing to promote new capabilities and services
• Support Sales with proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
• Launch new accounts and align staffing with client expectations
• Represent the company at client meetings and industry events
• Oversee people management, feedback, and career development
• Coordinate with HR on compensation, bonuses, and training
