Dev.Pro, a US-based outsourced software development company with a remote-first model, seeks an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee delivery for a large-scale client account across 10+ teams and 100+ specialists. You will drive stable, high-quality delivery, lead managers and tech leads, and build trusted client relationships globally.

Responsibilities include ensuring delivery stability, quality control, and proactive risk management while coordinating budgets and resource planning.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Program or Delivery Management within software outsourcing.
• Experience in IT outsourcing or managed services, focusing on execution and operations.
• Experience leading large multi-team engineering organizations with 100+ specialists.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Practical experience managing delivery financials, including budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and P&L.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management at senior levels.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel internationally 3-4 times per year.

We invite an experienced Delivery Manager to join Dev.Pro and ensure operational excellence across a large-scale client account. In this role, you'll oversee delivery for a dedicated account segment spanning 10+ teams and more than 100 specialists. You'll drive stable, high-quality delivery, keep operations running smoothly, lead multiple Project Managers and technical leaders, and build trusted relationships with client stakeholders.

Is that you?

• 5+ years of experience in Program or Delivery Management within the software development outsourcing industry
• Experience in an IT outsourcing or managed services environment, focusing on execution and operational support
• Experience managing large, multi-team engineering organizations with 100+ specialists, including leading Team Leads, managers, and high-performing teams
• Advanced understanding of SDLC and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Practical experience managing delivery financials, including budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and P&L
• Strong client communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, establish strong client relationships, and be seen by clients as a key leader
• Strong leadership, people-management, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally 3-4 times per year

Desirable:

• Experience working with offshore or nearshore delivery teams
• Experience identifying opportunities to grow existing client accounts
